日本人に馴染み深い市松模様に屋号を配し、淡い墨の表現と和紙を用いてオリジナルの包装紙をつくりました。包装の際、毛羽立つ和紙素材を固定するのは、既存のテープでは難しく、粘着力の強い両面テープで張り合わせています。そのため、すべての面が手触りよい和紙の質感で覆われた包装とすることができました。試行錯誤により、和紙の醍醐味である“質感ある手触り”が、ありありと感じられるような仕上がりとなっております。ヤマモの商品が、種々の催事のお役に立つことができれば幸いです。

Yamamo Damier Wrapping is our original wrapping paper, featuring a checkered-pattern on Japanese paper. Through trial and error we have managed to successfully produce Japanese paper with soft and delicate texture. We use a strong double-sided adhesive tape to make it easier to work with the fuzzy Japanese paper. This elegant wrapping can be used for any occasion.
*The wrapping paper can be purchased separately. It will be shipped in a rolled-up state.
